This south Tampa agency needs a 2–20 licensed person with the desire to grow. They want an 8-10 year seasoned professional who wants to do their job and be left alone. Will work middle market and larger accounts. Handle most of the renewal marketing and, on some accounts, even act as an AE. This can also be a solid marketing person who is okay with some service. They are looking for a person who wants to jump into the next great role within the next couple of years. They will not try to sell you the bull that others try to sell you. Everyone who meets this group loves the organization. This role can and will lead to a leadership spot in the near future.
