Job Description: We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Manager Assistant to join our team and provide support to our account managers in processing endorsements, and certificate of insurance. The successful candidate will work closely with our Account Managers and Producers to ensure that our clients' insurance needs are met and that our business runs smoothly.

Responsibilities: Process insurance policies, certs, and endorsements. Assist Account Managers with all types of accounts, including commercial accounts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to resolve issues and answer questions. Provide administrative support to the account managers as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 440 or 220 insurance license. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the insurance industry.
