Job Title: Commercial Account Manager Assistant. Company Overview: Our client is a stable insurance agency in south Florida with an excellent reputation in the insurance industry. The company prides themselves on providing positive attitudes, strong relationships, and integrity. Job Description: We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Manager Assistant to join our team and provide support to our account managers in the day-to-day servicing of accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with our Account Managers and Producers to ensure that our clients' insurance needs are met and that our business runs smoothly.
Responsibilities: Process insurance policies, certs, and endorsements. Assist Account Managers with processing cancelations, non renewals, and loss runs. Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to resolve issues and answer questions, process premium audits, answer billing questions. Provide administrative support to the account managers as needed. Requirements: 220 insurance license. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the insurance industry. AMS 360 experience a plus. Working Conditions: HYBRID option available with Florida 220 P&C Insurance license.
