Our client is seeking a skilled Benefits Administration Account Manager to join their team. This role focuses on program implementation, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing operational support to optimize client benefits strategies. The ideal candidate excels in coordinating client onboarding, navigating complex compliance requirements, and driving program efficiency while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
o Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration of benefits platforms and adherence to client-specific requirements.
o Coordinate implementation projects to meet timelines and milestones.
o Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions aligned with client goals and compliance needs.
o Train clients and employees on the benefits platform to ensure a smooth transition.
o Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including COBRA, FSAs, HRAs, and HSAs.
o Maintain accurate client documentation, including compliance reports and plan details.
o Provide updates and guidance on regulatory changes and support during audits.
o Provide data-driven insights on program utilization and recommend strategies to optimize benefits.
o Manage open enrollment processes, including creating communication materials and conducting education sessions.
o Address operational issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication.
o Build long-lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and anticipating client needs.
Education, Experience, and Key Skills:
Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a base salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization where your contributions will directly impact client success.
