RESPONSIBILITIES
· Review, code and enter invoices for payment in QuickBooks
· Enter Pcard and credit card transactions
· Reconcile credit card statements
· Prepare checks
· Initiate and record wire transfers
· Apply customer payments
· Monitor accounts receivable and follow up as needed
· Reconcile bank accounts
· Process payroll in ADP
· Provide transaction input data for daily reports
· Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
· Prior general accounting experience
· Prior accounting software experience, preferably QuickBooks
· Strong Excel Skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Analytical and problem solving skills
