Excellent opportunity in Orlando, FL with a well-established regional broker / independent insurance agency that’s seeking an experienced Agency Marketing Leader to join their team. Qualified candidate should have 4-10+ years of commercial lines experience, either in a senior or lead marketing role or as a strong AE/Account Manger that can transition to a marketing team leader. We are looking for an independent self-starter, that will be a working manager supporting the Producers, delegating responsibilities to the marketing team and working with Accounts Managers. Must be knowledgeable of the Florida insurance marketplace, with an emphasis on mid to larger risk. Key traits are excellent relationship building skills, sense of urgency, knowledge of commercial coverages, carrier guidelines, funding, underwriting and strong negotiation skills to obtain the most cost-effective insurance coverages for our clients. Must also be a good leader/manager with effective communication skills, able to meet deadlines, stay organized and keep up with activity. Degree/220 is preferred.
