Wonderful opportunity to join a growing team in the employee benefits space. You will work in a quasi-call center, answering benefits questions, managing enrollments, and handling claims questions. This is a new team, and there is lots of potential to both learn and grow. You must have some type of benefits experience, understand benefit terminology, and be willing to learn and pick things up quickly. You must have a life and health license or be willing to get one quickly. This is in office for at least 3-6 months, then can go hybrid. You must be fluent in Spanish. You can work out of the Tampa office or the Orlando office.
