Top regional carrier is looking for a Field Property Claims Adjuster to handle property claims in the Southeast MN area. We are looking for a Property Claims Adjuster with 3 to 7+ years of direct carrier field claims experience. In this role, you will be managing claims from cradle to grave, handling commercial property claims, residential & farm/ranch. This Field Adjuster will be representing the company, so excellent customer service skills a must, someone empathetic towards the claimant’s situation, that can fairly negotiate a payment for damages. This is a work from home role, so must be self-motivated to work at your home office, or while in the field. As a Field Property Adjuster there is travel within your territory although the claims volume is very reasonable as my client has an excellent work-life balance. During CAT events there is occasionally longer hours. This company is looking for a self-directed Field Property Adjuster, that will be able to work independently to quickly inspect and settle claims. They provide all the necessary work equipment to be successful, including a company car. College degree and designations are highly preferred (CPCU, CIC, AIC etc.)
