Our client, a top regional broker, is actively seeking a Group Health & Benefits Account Manager to manage a group of clients and work together with Producers and carriers. This person will be heavily involved in providing excellent customer service to a book of business, deal with escalated service issues, handle enrollment meetings, etc. Must have outstanding presentation and organizational skills and the willingness to do what it takes to keep the clients happy. This is a great company and team with an awesome culture and would be a terrific opportunity for someone with 5+ years of experience in benefits, preferably from another broker.
