Job Title: HR Analyst - Compensation

Salary: The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $95,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Position Summary:
As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for spearheading the compensation analysis within our organization. This individual contributor role involves collaborating with various departments to develop, update, and manage job descriptions while ensuring competitive and fair salary levels across the organization. We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to evaluate and document existing/new jobs, review pay scales, conduct salary surveys, and other HR-related duties assigned by the VP of HR.

Communicate with all levels of the organization to gather job descriptions, and pay structure.

Manage and update job descriptions based on discussions with department heads and data analysis.

Conduct surveys and analyze market data to determine the appropriate scope of duties and salary levels.

Collect and analyze data to identify trends and recommend appropriate changes to compensation structures.

Streamline and modernize the job description creation and management process.

Attend committee meetings as needed.

Assist in payroll audits, quarterly reporting, and training/education on compensation research.

Utilize HR software tools such as Workday, JDXpert, and PayScale to support compensation and job description tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with department heads and communicate complex information.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive employee data.
