Manager of Configuration and Change Management

The Manager of Configuration and Change Management will be responsible for leading product and process changes for configuration/change management enterprise needs. The position will oversee the Change Review Board & Change Implementation Board for Windchill release processes, and enterprise change metrics. Leads and focuses on Product Configuration and Change management development and implementation strategy.
Lead and build teams

Bring a cross-functional team together to accomplish tasks and goals, resolve issues and conflict, and problem solve together.

Drive decision making with appropriate business information from a cross-functional team.

Work with teams to understand business objectives and measures change implementation to the objective.

Monitor process issue resolutions and troubleshooting for all CM processes.

Understand Windchill change workflow for Product CM procedures, integration, and process guidance.

Review change impact assessments including schedule and cost implications.

Provide insight on risk, issues, requirements, design, and/or solution to be able to effectively implement change.

Responsible for continuous process improvement in reporting and change implementation.


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business

CMII, CMPIC or equivalent certification

10 years in Product Configuration Management.

10+ years supervisory/leadership.

7 years leading product/process change implementation

Experience/proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management Software

Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Coordinating multiple department level decisions including manufacturing planning, operations, and material management functions.

Training in Product Configuration and Change Management principles, syllabus creation and mentoring.
