Personal Lines Account Manager Florida

Our client, a privately owned company with a presence in 9 states, is growing exponentially and needs to add staff to help with the demand. They are looking for a personal lines account manager to handle middle-market accounts.

Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, maintaining client relationships and providing tailored solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Assess client risks, recommend appropriate coverage, and mitigate gaps in protection.

Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and policy changes.

Process policy transactions accurately, stay updated on industry trends, and optimize workflows to enhance the client experience.

Previous experience as a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.

Proactive and customer-focused mindset, anticipating and meeting client needs with professionalism, responsiveness, and empathy.

This is a fully remote position, but the candidate must reside in Florida and have a strong understanding of the Florida insurance market. Our client offers a competitive salary within the range of up to $55,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
