Our client, a top national broker, is actively seeking a Sr. Account Manager to manage the scope of activities for a nice book of benefits clients. Responsibilities include interacting with carriers and internal staff, handling service issues, managing the renewal process alone or with the Marketing Executive, administration and enrollment meetings. Must have an outstanding work ethic, strong communication and organizational skills and a strategic thinker and doer with 5+ years of experience in group benefits brokerage, and strong financial and computer skills.
