Senior Project Manager – Traffic Signal Systems

REMOTE / WORK-FROM-HOME Permanent $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 / Annual

RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing project teams and/or multiple project teams

Planning, monitoring and reporting ensuring that projects meets agreed thresholds and objectives

Project performance including financials, schedules and quality

Establish and maintain scope of work in projects

Conduct change order management

Develop and maintain project management plans

Develop and maintain project schedules

Create and maintain project budgets/estimates

Create and Manage Risk Management Plans

Create and update Risk register and Risk mitigation plans/actions.

Work closely with development, testing, and accounting to ensure that all divisions/groups have full project awareness for the appropriate PMO protocols to be supported.

Ensure Requirements documents, Design documents, User Manuals, Administration Manuals, Release notes, and training documents are all in sync before customer delivery.

Organize, facilitate and record all Scrum activities

Lead requirements gathering/tracking process, orchestrate design stage meetings, manage scope creep, assist with managing UAT, documentation and deployments

Perform resource planning/forecasting

Coordinating day-to-day project tasks

Work with Engineering to resolve resource and delivery issues/conflicts

Manage client in all aspects

Attend and coordinate customer meetings, follow up on customers

Work closely with Business Development for new business

Perform product demos to clients

Develop proposals, contracts, sub-consultant agreements, task orders, statements of work

Complete, review and approve customer status reports, and customer invoicing.


Requirements

Project Management experience in the traffic management systems industry and traffic engineering, preferably with some focus in the traffic signals area.

Bachelor’s degree required

PMP desired

CSM desired

Strong client relationship building and project management skills.

Experience in SDLC
