Preferably experience with small commercial and have worked on special events policies. The producer they’d be working with specializes in agritourism across the nation, which is your pumpkin patches, Christmas light trails, etc. that have different attractions like jumping pillows, barrel trains, large slides, etc. If they express any sort of desire or comfort with rounding out accounts/cross selling, that’s a bonus as we’d like to eventually develop someone into a Small Commercial Team Lead.
