Awesome opportunity with a division of an International Broker that works with large employers designing complex benefit programs. This role is a Senior Benefits Consultant to manage client relationships for large, mostly self-funded groups. Responsibilities will include client management, developing and maintaining carrier relationships, assisting in new business presentations, managing renewals and high-level strategy. We are looking for 7+ years in group benefits, ideally from another brokerage/consulting firm but could also come from a carrier or corporate benefits. Also required is a strong understanding of plan design, great communications and organizational skills, and high level of intellectual curiosity, integrity, and professionalism.
