This position is responsible for the development of the assigned marketing territory. Duties include, but are not limited to, travel, prospecting of new agency appointments, management of existing agencies, underwriting new and renewal policies, production of new business, retention of existing policies, and implementing marketing and agency initiatives in the territory attained. This is a work-from-home spot as long are you are in the Indiana marketplace. They have a unique contract with a large retail organization that they would like you to cultivate as well. Production bonus for growth and retention. Travel is about 40% until you build up your book. They will consider an agency marketing person or producer for this role.
