Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Project Managers

VDC Mechanical Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure construction projects are completed successfully by providing detailed coordination and installation designs for all MECHANICAL systems.

Serve as coordinator who works closely with project management team and customers.

Lead multiple projects throughout the preconstruction phase, providing coordination and design for all things mechanical.

Work with project management team and customers on design decisions.

During the design process, review legal contracts, scopes of work, specifications, plans and pertinent jurisdictional codes, ensuring projects are code and contract compliant.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
10+ years Mechanical contracting Project Management

Revit use.

Mastery of local codes and construction safety requirements (including IBC and IECC).

Prior MEP Coordinator or Foreman or General Contractor Superintendent roles (preferred, not required).

VDC Electrical Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure construction projects are completed successfully by providing detailed coordination and installation designs for all ELECTRICAL systems.

Serve as coordinator who works closely with project management team and customers.

Lead multiple projects throughout the preconstruction phase, providing coordination and design for temporary power, systems and lighting…..and…..distribution and equipment sizing layouts.

Work with project management team and customers on design decisions.

During the design process, review legal contracts, scopes of work, specifications, plans and pertinent jurisdictional codes, ensuring projects are code and contract compliant.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
10+ years Electrical contracting Project Management.

Revit use

Proficiency in the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and construction safety requirements (including IBC and IECC).

Prior MEP Coordinator or Foreman or General Contractor Superintendent roles (preferred, not required).
