Our client, a Regional Insurance Company has an excellent opportunity for a Vice President of Claims. We are seeking a self-motivated Claims leader with experience running a workers’ compensation claims department. Manage a large claims department to ensure expedient claims processing, management of staff, and claims are resolved efficiently with minimal financial loss. Maintain/Develop a claims vision for best practices and strategy. Work with legal team regarding any litigation procedures. Provide on-going leadership, training, and mentoring opportunities to develop team members. Qualified Claims Leader should have 10-15+ years of workers compensation claims experience with 5+ years of management/director/ VP level responsibilities. Degree, and/or insurance designations preferred.
