Independent agency with a very good reputation needs a solid account manager to handle all types and sizes of accounts, although most are middle-market in size. They work a lot of captives; there is no need to know them, but must be willing to learn how to work them. They have lots of contractors as well; a jack of all trades is needed. Will assist with placing the renewals as well as some new business. Epic is a huge plus. Nice office, not a high-pressure place. Must be an amicable, get-along-with-everyone type of person. This is a hybrid position with great PTO, and work-life balance is important to them.
