Our client, a rapidly growing and unique insurance organization and one of the fastest-growing insurance brokers in the U.S., is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their team. As the Commercial Lines Account Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a high-volume generalist book of insurance business. This is a great opportunity for someone who can mentor and eventually be a team leader.
Position Overview
As an Account Executive, this role centers on client management and retention.
Primary Responsibilities
o Efficiently manage a substantial portfolio of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business.
o Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required tasks.
o Foster strong client loyalty by establishing positive relationships.
o Deliver exceptional service and maintain professional communication standards.
o Handle various aspects of policies and claims, including renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
o This also involves marketing renewal business.
o Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the markets, including their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submission procedures, and industry trends.
o Scrutinize applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for precision.
o Conduct comprehensive loss/claim analysis and produce summaries.

The position is based in Miami, FL The position is fully in office, however, for the right candidate a hybrid work schedule might be considered.
