Our client, a rapidly growing and unique insurance organization and one of the fastest-growing insurance brokers in the U.S. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Commercial Lines Team Lead to join their team.
As the Commercial Lines Team Lead, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a team of 5 Account Managers and be the point of contact for a $3M book of insurance, specifically focusing on handling middle-market generalist accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilizes Key Performance Indicators to measure and communicate business outcomes. Actively participates in strategic discussions, providing updates on business operations and projects. Manages staffing requirements and oversees efficient billing and financial transactions.
Required Skills and Experience:
