Our esteemed client, a leading wholesale insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of their dynamic leaders. Based in the heart of Downtown New York City, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a top-performing team in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Logistics Mastery:

Excel in planning and coordinating the executive's schedule and logistics with precision.

Organize and manage client-facing meetings, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Client-Facing Expertise:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, embodying professionalism on behalf of the executive.

Assist in orchestrating client appreciation events to strengthen client relationships.

Event Planning Excellence:

Take charge of planning diverse events, including client appreciation gatherings and internal team activities.

Collaborate with team members to guarantee the success of events, fostering a positive team culture.

Women's Network Group Support:

Provide strategic support for the executive's leadership of a Women's Network group boasting over 600 members.

Contribute actively to the planning and execution of conferences and events for the Women's Network.

Social Media Development:

Play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing the team's social media presence.

Collaborate closely with marketing and communications teams to drive the success of social media initiatives.

Qualifications:
Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

Outstanding organizational and planning skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for client interactions and team collaboration.

Previous experience in planning and coordinating events.

Familiarity with social media platforms; contribute to the development of the team's online presence.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
