Senior Business Development Manager - Claims

100-120K Salary + annual Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive new business development by devising and implementing sales strategies for current and prospective services.

Manage client relationships, oversee business development efforts, and promote services within the industry.

Generate new business opportunities by engaging with new and existing clients.

Develop and execute sales and business strategies for new opportunities.

Identify industry trends and capitalize on them strategically.

Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and assist with post-project reviews.

Manage client leads in CRM systems.

Foster collateral client relationships to target potential clients effectively.

Create and implement business development action plans for specific client targets.

Coordinate client events and lead business development meetings.

Understand services thoroughly and strategize additional value offerings.

Provide intelligence to support fee strategy and collaborate with senior executives.

Lead the proposal process, developing win strategies with the team.

Assist in implementing the marketing plan related to business development.

Oversee marketing research activities.






Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business

5 years in Property and Casualty Insurance business……doing sales and marketing…ideally focused in insurance “claims”.

Onboarding and implementing client projects.

Creating and executing business development strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRMs.
