Associate Property & Casualty E&S Broker | Midtown NYC (Entry-Level)
A leading wholesale brokerage is seeking an entry-level Broker Associate to work alongside and support an experienced E&S Broker. This hybrid role is based in Manhattan and will focus on managing submissions from retail agents and producers, supporting the pre-binding process, and assisting with day-to-day brokerage activities.
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the wholesale brokerage business, develop market relationships, and grow into an independent E&S Broker over the next 4–5 years.

This is a mentorship opportunity, not an immediate sales role. The right person will receive hands-on training and guidance, with the long-term goal of becoming an independent E&S Broker.
