The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service and marketing support for commercial insurance accounts while maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members. This role manages day-to-day servicing, renewals, marketing support, coverage analysis, and account rounding opportunities for assigned accounts. The Commercial Lines Account Manager plays a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and proactive service while supporting agency growth and client retention initiatives.
