Excellent Insurance Agency in Central Florida is hiring an Employee Benefits Producer. This person will be responsible for business development by identifying clients and bringing them through the sales cycle to onboard new groups. They’re targeting groups 50-200+ lives, and have all the resources, support staff and marketing team. They are equipped to compete with groups with 500+ lives for larger cases. They have an internal brand marketing department to help drive new business leads and generate new activity for their sales team. Qualified candidate must have 1-2+ years of group health/ benefits experience that’s looking to produce. They will consider someone in a similar vertical; PEO or Insurance carrier sales, or an Account Manager/Account Executive looking to transition into a sales role. This is a base salary opportunity, plus commission with potential to make well into the six figures a year selling benefits insurance direct to businesses. Bachelor’s degree and benefits sales experience is ideal.
