The ideal candidate will manage our Personal and Commercial Lines producer team of approximately 15 people. Staying actively involved in sales and maintaining client relationships.
This role would be based locally in New Orleans, working in the office and available for onsite client visits alongside our producers.
The right candidate would bring strong sales experience and established industry relationships. They would play a key role in managing carrier and marketing relationships, production goals, and volume expectations.
For the right person, this role would evolve into a seat on the executive leadership team and play an important role in shaping and growing the agency.
If you have a book of business, that is a plus.
