Growing insurance brokerage is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to join their team. Ideal candidate will have experience as an Account Manager or Marketing Analyst to take on an exciting role as a P&C Agency Project Specialist. This role will support the leadership team on multiple projects currently being implemented. This exciting opportunity is for someone looking for something different from the day-to-day Account Manager grind, but who still wants to elevate their career in the P&C insurance space. You'll work in operational strategy, helping execute high-impact initiatives, support carrier consolidation efforts, and drive efficiencies across our account management and service delivery infrastructure.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and excels in settings where growth-driven decisions get made. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, regional teams, and carrier partners on projects that directly shape how the agency serve clients nationally.
Support workflows and special projects, partnering with key team members to help drive the future expansion of the organization.


What We're Looking For:
2+ years in P&C insurance, with a background in account management or a closely related role

Working knowledge of insurance client lifecycles, agency workflows, and carrier service center processes

Proven ability to manage projects independently, juggle competing priorities, and deliver results on deadline

Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with technology

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels of an organization

A self-starter who can manage your own workload and thrive without constant oversight

Willing to roll up your sleeves on operational details and take pride in the quality of your work
