Our client, a well-respected regional agency in the Southeast, is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager with a middle-market, generalist background and expertise in bonds. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure all policies and coverages meet their unique requirements

Manage new business installations, renewals, and client service needs while maintaining strong communication with clients and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle renewals, policy binding, and non-renewals with Producers.

Manage client and carrier communication for endorsements, billing, and audits.

Prepare marketing submissions and organize certificates with endorsements.

Maintain documentation, process changes, cancellations, and endorsements.

Oversee certificate issuance, MVR requests, loss runs, and compliance reviews.

Perform additional related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
High School diploma (college degree and insurance designations preferred).

Active Accident, Property, and Casualty Insurance License.

2–3 years of insurance experience; proficiency in Excel.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Self-starter with attention to detail and teamwork focus.

The position is based in the hybrid. The salary is up to $65,000 for the right candidate.
