Top notch growing agency in the DFW Mid-Cities area is looking for a Commercial Lines Service Director. Will be responsible for the commercial service department, leading a team of service and support staff to ensure the highest standards of client service, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Looking for a Leader with proven service management experience in a retail broker setting. Need to have experience hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and developing staff. Will also manage a small, select portfolio of key commercial accounts.
