This position is responsible for new product marketing for the state of California. This is a non-admitted product targeting the middle to low HNW market, as well as some wildfire products. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a very well-established company. You will cover half the state, and their preference is for a person located in the San Francisco–San Jose area. You must have experience with the E&S market, have called on independent agents in the state, and know what their needs are. You must also have strong experience with personal lines products offered in the state. There is a base plus a bonus. They pay 100% of your health insurance and 50% for your dependents. Minimum of 2 years of homeowners experience.
