A 60-year-old electrical services provider who specializes in the installation of electrical systems for commercial clients in the Multifamily, Hospitality, Government, Education, and Healthcare industries, is looking for an Electrical Branch Manager to join their team in Tampa or Orlando.

RESPONSIBILITIES
. Lead the project team and have overall P&L responsibility and to grow the Division.
Maintain and develop customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and quality control.

Manage project related correspondence and documents.

Manage activities associated with materials, budget, and production for projects.

Schedule and plan resources to meet project schedules.

Be the liaison with the client and field construction team

Identify scope changes, address issues, and communicate project milestones.

Manage project financials and budget to meet or beat estimated gross profit.

Facilitate the change order process on client projects.

Manage all aspects of multiple projects and ensure budget targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

5+ years Commercial Electrical Regional / Branch Manager experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.

Must have good developmental and team building skills.

Ability to plan and strategize effectively on projects.

Ability to make decisions in a timely manner.

Committed to providing customer service at all hours.

Must have clean driving record and background.
