Rick began his career in retained executive search in Europe in the early nineties, and later entered the recruitment industry in the banking and professional services sector in Benelux, working for a British executive search firm. He recently joined Criterion Executive Search in Florida after 15 years tenure on both sides of the Atlantic, initially in Germany, from which he branched out geographically to firms on the global move, throughout Germany and Europe. Rick returned to the USA in 2009 and resides and works out of Key West, Florida.
